The Client Portal homepage loads. Depending on your level of access, the page will display a variety of options.
Submit a ticket: Click to create a new service ticket. After you select this option, you are presented with different ticket categories. Select the category of ticket you would like to submit.
Look up a ticket: Click to review all open and closed tickets in the client portal. Search by ticket number or filter by ticket summary.
You will then be taken to a page that lays out the different types of tickets you can submit based on what we support for your company.
For this example, we're going to submit an IT ticket. You will then be taken to the service request page, where you will fill out a brief summary. You'll then be able to expand on this further with the issue. You will then select how many people this issue is currently affecting and the point of contact for the ticket.
There is also an option to attach a picture or screenshot if you have one available. You'll then hit submit. This will now take you to your ticket. You are also able to update the ticket at any point in time.
Once you hit send, it will update the ticket automatically. When you're looking at your dashboard, you will be able to see all open tickets currently assigned to you, when they were submitted, what the status is, and who the technician is.
To log out, click on your initials in the bottom-left corner of the screen and click Log Out.
